Return and Exchange Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your purchase, you may return any purchased items in their original condition for a return and exchange within 7 days from delivery.
• Customers must provide relevant receipts.
• Tags may not be removed.
• Eligible Returns – Customers may return unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed merchandise within the specified period, retaining the original product tags and packaging, for a return and exchange.
• Ineligible Returns – For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is ineligible for returns or exchanges. Sunscreen and altered clothing are also not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sale items, clearance items, or gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We will reject any returns or exchanges that are ineligible or unauthorized, and no refund will be provided.
Return and Exchange Procedures
1. Contact X Game Please email xgamechaiwan@hotmail.com or call us at 2366 9293 to request a return and exchange. Please provide the following information so we can process and verify your return request:
• Order number
• Order date
• Product name and quantity
• Reason for exchange
• Product photo
2. Pack the returned product
If we accept your return and exchange request, carefully pack the returned product, along with the original receipt and packing slip, and personally deliver it to the designated address.
Please ensure that the returned product is unused, resalable, and in its original condition, including all accessories and parts. We do not accept returns of used products.
3. If the returned product is of a lower value, we will not provide a refund for the difference in price in exchange for a higher value product.
