Description

For easy, accessible wing foiling, surfing waves and carving manoeuvres, the Starboard S-Types feels solid, stable and secure. They react instantly and precisely to carving pressure.

The smaller the size, the faster the speed.The lower aspect ratio provides stable and controllable lift with rock-solid stability. The sweeping leading edge lets the wing carve and react smoothly.

For most adults the S-Type 2000 is the most recommended as a first time foil. Lighter riders may choose the S-Type 1500, with heavier riders or those seeking ultimate lift in light wind or small wave conditions possibly adding the large 2400 front-wing, available separately.

The lower aspect ratio provides stable and controllable lift with rock-solid stability, while the sweeping leading edge lets the wing carve and react smoothly. The double concave adds stability at speed while the drop-down wing tips act like thruster fins to give precise carving traction. The moderately thick profile section with its rounded leading edge and a more symmetrical shape blends speed, control, stability and stall-resistance.

Combine the wing set with an Aluminium V7 mast set to make a complete foil.

Available Front Wing sizes: 1500 / 2000.
